Receiving two trophies and performing even better than we did last year. We still have some T-Shirts available with the YAK patch on them, but limited quantities are available. Call for availability and pricing! The YAK Demo Team is composed of many highly regarded and extremely qualified pilots. We have been performing for many years. Our current fleet includes a YAK-3M, a YAK-9U & a couple of YAK-18 CJ6As. Together, we perform original, entertaining demonstrations of the power, maneuverability and good looks of Yakovlev's designs through aerobatics and formation flying. Our YAK fighters can reach close to 450 mph. Yakovlev's designs played a strong role in the Soviet Union during WWII. At one point, his design was so advanced, that it caused opposing generals to give the order: Do NOT engage into battle with them, even if the numbers are to your advantage. Our team attempts to preserve this history, by demonstrating our aircraft, which possess serial numbers in succession to the serial numbers given during the war, to the people of today, & tomorrow.
